By using Tumble, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tumble. Tumble is not available to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly allow under-13s to create an account or play. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete the associated data.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account, including content you upload and the names you choose. Don’t share your sign-in credentials.

Content You Upload — Rights and Consent

Tumble does not record anyone itself. Every photo and video on Tumble is captured and uploaded by players. You are solely responsible for the content you record and upload.

By uploading a proof, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to share it, including the consent of everyone who is identifiable in it. Do not upload footage of anyone who has asked not to be filmed, and do not deliberately record people who have not agreed to take part.

Cuco Holdings Pty Limited hosts content that players upload; it is not the author of that content and is not responsible for recordings players make without the necessary rights or consent. If you appear in content on Tumble that you did not consent to, contact support@cucocode.com and we will remove it promptly.

Acceptable Use — Code of Conduct

The following are prohibited on Tumble. Posting them may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without notice:

Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material.
Graphic violence, gore, or content depicting real-world harm.
Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Threats, harassment, bullying, or doxxing of other users.
Weapons or illegal drug use depicted in a glorifying or instructional way.
Content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
Spam, scams, phishing, or impersonation of others.
Anything illegal in your or our jurisdiction.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our reasonable judgement, violates the spirit of these rules.

Child Safety Standards

Tumble has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This content is strictly prohibited, and we are committed to keeping it off the platform. Our standards are:

Age requirement. Tumble is only for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account, play, or appear in content, and we close accounts we find to be under 13.
Prohibited content. Any content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor is banned without exception. This includes CSAM, grooming, sexualised depictions of minors, and any sexual or suggestive content involving anyone who is or appears to be under 18.
Proactive detection. Every uploaded photo and video is automatically scanned before it is shown to anyone else, and content matching these categories is blocked and removed.
Reporting. Anyone can report content or a user from inside the app, or by emailing support@cucocode.com. Reports of CSAE are treated as the highest priority.
Enforcement and escalation. We remove violating content, permanently ban the accounts responsible, preserve relevant evidence, and report CSAE to the relevant authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation) as required by law.

Reporting and Blocking

Use the in-app Report option (long-press on a clip or comment) to flag content that violates these Terms. You can also Block another user from your Account page; blocked users cannot join games you host.

Our Moderation Commitments

We commit to:

Automatically scanning every uploaded photo and video for prohibited content before it is shown to anyone else.
Reviewing user reports and acting (removing content, suspending users) within 24 hours of receipt.
Providing a way to delete your account and personal data from inside the app.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you create. By uploading them, you grant Tumble a non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, and display that content within the game (including the compiled recap video shown to other players in the same session).

Donations

Tumble offers an optional in-app donation to support development. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and you receive no additional features, virtual goods, or services in exchange — they are purely a gesture of support.

Android donations are processed by Stripe. iOS donations, where available, are processed via Apple In-App Purchase under Apple’s standard terms. By donating, you authorise the relevant payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the chosen amount in the displayed currency. Cuco Holdings Pty Limited (ACN 678 468 463) is the recipient of all donations.

Refund requests for Stripe donations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Apple In-App Purchase refunds are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers

Tumble is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
