Delete Your Tumble Account

You can delete your Tumble account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete From Inside the App (Fastest)

1. Open Tumble and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@cucocode.com with the subject “Delete my Tumble account”. Send the request from the email address you signed up with (or the email on your Google or Apple sign-in) so we can verify it’s you. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, and any linked Google or Apple sign-in).
• Your device push-notification tokens.

What May Be Retained

• Game content — photos, videos, and comments you contributed to group games are part of other players’ games and recap videos, and are retained while those games exist. If you want specific content removed as well, say so in your request and we will remove it.
• Moderation audit logs — records of content-moderation actions are kept for 12 months for compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Donation transaction records — retained as required for tax and accounting law.
